EYES

Eyes began with a fascination with gritty street fashion photography from across Asia and the idea that a gaze can hold as much power as a face or a pose. That idea became the anchor for the whole piece: the eye as a symbol of attention and control, something that watches and is watched in equal measure, echoed across the composition by the sharp, direct stares of the models.

Tigers and a Lamborghini Diablo sit alongside that, adding raw energy and a sense of speed and danger to the scene.

With this piece, my goal was to push beyond what I'd made before, not just in subject matter but in ambition, building the most striking, layered composition I'd attempted so far, dense with signage and cityscapes.
